Funeral Services for Mrs. Rosa A. Plott, 90, of Route 1, Anna will be at 2 p.m. today in the Big Creek Baptist Church Balcom.
Mrs. Plott died at 10 a.m. Friday in the Union County Nursing Home, Anna. The Rev. Clifford Lingle and the Rev. Walter M. Bartles will officiate at the funeral. Burial will be in the Big Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the Ford Funeral Home, Dongola until service time.
Mrs. Plott was born Sept. 8, 1877 in Dongola, a daughter of Charles W. and Rosa Peeler McCommons. She married Cyrus F. Plott Aug. 13, 1904. He died Aug. 9, 1947.
Mrs. Plott was member of the Big Creek Baptist Church of Balcom.
Surviving are sons, Lee and Ray, both of Anna; daughters, Mrs. Lela Williams of Anna and Mrs Faye Cloyd of Peoria; one brother Clarence McCommons of Anna, three sisters, Mrs. Effie Elliott, Mrs. Ivo Casper and Mrs. Lela Stivers, all of Dongola, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
