William Aubrey Barr, age 80, of MAgee died September 17, 2003 at Magee General Hosptital. He was a house painter and chicken farmer and a charter member of Eastside Baptist Church.
Services were conducted September 19 from Mims Mitchell Funeral Home with interment in Goodwater Baptist Church Cemetery, Magee.
He is survived by his wife, Winnie Anton Barr; daughter, Janice Marie Lee and son-in-law, Paul Wayne Lee of Magee; the adopted family of Eula Fate King of Nashville, Tenn.; brothers, David Barr of Brandon and Jimmy Ingram of Pearl, He is preceed in death by his parents, U. G. and Myrtle Gault Barr; brothers, Cifford, Charles, Gene, and Joe Barr and Billy Ingram; and sisters, Betty Blackmon and Margaret Deweese
