She was the daughter of John Thompson & Sarah L. Robeson. After her father died her mother remarried to George W. Fonner. George was the only father Sarah ever knew. He raised her since she was just a toddler.

She married Cyrillus Boslet and together they had 12 children. One son Irvin J. Boslet died from the Spanish Influenza epedemic that hit in 1918.

Mrs. Florence G. Boslet

Wife of C.R. Boslet of 2107 Ninteenth Stree, died this morning at 8 oclock at her home of complications following an extended illness. She was born on Sept. 25, 1878, at Elizabeth Furnace, Huntingdon county, a daughter of George W. and Sarah L. Fonner, deceased, of Greenwood. Surviving are her husband and the following children; Roy E. , Homer A., Mrs. Irma Resig, Claire E., Charles C. , Mrs. Edna Martin, Mrs. Ada Marie Reeder, all of this city. Merle and Florine both at home. She also is survived by one brother and two sisters, David M. Fonner of Greenwood, Mrs. Cora Skipper of this city and Mrs. Mae Edmiston of Akron , O and fifteen grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday morning at 9 oclock with mass of requiem in St. Leo's Catholic church. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery
