Mr. Parry was associated in business with Martha's father and lived with the Hannas. He "filled a son's place during the lives of the parents and eventually replaced Matthew as church elder. Published in the 5 Jan 1898 issue of the Lexington Gazette, by A.R., Central Presbyterian.
