MRS. MINNIE BRASELTON
Mrs. Minnie Sorrell Braselton, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. D.E. Sorrell of Bossier City, died at her home in Homer at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Homer Oil Field Baptist church by the Rev. A.L. New and the Rev. E. Chandler. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in the Forest Park cemetery.
Survivors are: her husband; Grady Braselton, two daughters, Mary Virginia Braselton, Homer; Evelyn Bell, Bossier City; two sons, Sgt. Grady E. Braselton, Barksdale Field; Pfc. Vernon Braselton, Laredo Air base, Texas; two granddaughters; four sisters, Mrs. Della Lane, Bossier; Mrs. P.J. Baker, Mrs. Celester Youngblood, Mrs. E.R. Heiser, all of Shreveport; three brothers, E.L. Sorrell, J.M. Sorrell, G.B. Sorrell, all of Shreveport.
