Mrs. Dora Woodward Obituary
Mrs. Dora Woodward, age 62, former resident of this community, died at 6 p.m. Thursday at the residence of a daughter, Mrs. Olen McKelvey, 5359 Guilford avenue, Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Clarksville Christian Church. Burial will be in the nearby Stoney Creek cemetery.
Surviving besides the daughter at whose home she died, is a son, Glen Woodward of Indianapolis; three sisters, Mrs. Joseph Pettigrew and Mrs. John Davis both of Anderson and Mrs. Samuel Hite of Pendleton; a brother Charles Stottlemyer of Anderson and a half-sister, Mrs. John Ginder of Noblesville. Six grandchildren also survive.
Mrs. Woodward was the daughter of the late John Stottlemyer, pioneer resident, of this community. Mrs. Woodward went to Indianapolis to live last fall after residing here for eleven years. She was a member of the Whetstone Brotherhood and Sisterhood.
