Marylou Bird
Astoria - Marylou Leona Bird, 63, of Astoria died at 12:23 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, 1992, at Snyder's Vaughn-Haven Nursing Home in Rushville.
Born June 22, 1929, in Schuyler County to Luther and Leona Vaughn Bollinger, she married Lester R. Bird on July 14, 1956. He died Dec. 27, 1987.
Survivng are one son, Randy of Macomb; three brothers, Eugene Bollinger of Canton, Robert Bollinger of Astoria and Richard Bollinger of Rushville; and three sisters, Charlotte Norton of Rushville, Freida Stambaugh of Astoria and Betty Norton of Beardstown.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. The Rev. Mike Thomas will officiate. Visitation will be one hour before services at the memorial home. Burial will be in Browning Cemetery in Browning.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
