He was a native of Clay County, Ky. and had lived in South Lebanon for more than 30 years. He worked in construction until retiring on medical disability.
Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Florence; a son, Homer W., at home; three daughters, Renee, Louraine, and Edith, all at home; six brothers, Albert of South Lebanon, Ted of Cincinnati, Daniel of Blanchester, David of Enterprise, Ind., Bill and Farris, both of Dry Ridge, Ky., and three sisters, Martha York of Harrison, Margie DeBoard of Maineville, and Lillie Brown of Williamstown, Ky.
Services were conducted Friday at South Lebanon Pentecostal Temple by pastor G. B. Taulbee and by Edgar Kelly, with burial in the cemetery at South Lebanon. Arrangements were by Stine Funeral Home. -Western Star 8 Mar 1989
