MASON CITY (PNS) John Phillip Becker, 39, died at Memorial Hospital in Springfield, at 10:50 a.m. Saturday.
His funeral will be a t 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Methodist Church in Mason City. Burial will be in the Mason City Cemetery.
Friends may call at Henderson-Jennings Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Mason City Cemetery.
He was born December 29, 1919, in Mason City, a son of Charles and Mae McCarthy Becker. He married Ruby Hamil at Lincoln May 2, 1947.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, John and James Lee; a daughter Jannette Kay, at home; his parents; two brother, Hubert, Pekin; Delmar, Yorkville; two sisters, Mrs. Flossie Bushell, Lincoln; Mrs. Darlene Behrends, Bloomington; Mrs. Elinor Aikman, Springfield; a half sister, Laura Ann Becker, Mason City.
He was a member of the Mason City Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star. He was a television repairman at the Brinner Hardware Store.
