CURWENSVILLE — John Harvey Lasher, 85, formerly of Pittsburgh and Curwensville, died in Fort Lauderdale Fla., Friday morning. He was born in Pennsylvania June 29. 1896. For the last five years he has lived in Fort Lauderdale with his son, Humes. In addition to his son, he is survived by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren: a brother, Dr. Lemuel Lasher of Erie; and a sister, Mrs. Edward Shaffer of Kittanning. He was preceded in death by his wife. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a. m. from the Russell H. Lininger Funeral Home. Burial will be made in Hawthorne Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 p m. Sunday until time of services Tuesday.
