LERA ADELINE ALLRED married FRED OTHELLO BROWN 13 OCT 1927 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah

Lera Allred Brown, died April 20, 2001 at her son's home in Bountiful UT.
Services will be held at the Fairview Ward Chapel on Tuesday April 24, at 1 p.m. Friends and family can call prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
She was the last of her brothers and sisters to leave this world. She was born June 7, 1907 in Fairview to Orson Pratt Allred and Sarah Jane Rich. She married Othello Brown in the Salt Lake LDS Temple Oct 13, 1927.
They lived in Fairview where they raised four children and ran a farm. In 1960 they moved to Logan.
Lera was active in the LDS Church throughout her life. She held various church positions and especially liked teaching the children in Primary. Lera was active in her ward in Logan and had many dear friends there.
Lera was fond of gardening, both flowers and vegetable gardens. she loved her family and cared lovingly for her husband Othello for many years after he became incapacitated by Parkinson's Disease. Lera also loved family reunions, working on the farm, family camping trips, picnics and a good bonfire.
Lera was preceded in death b her husband Othello, daughter LoEne Cooley. she is survived by her three sons Wynn, Vernal and Farrel. She has 21 grandchildren 40 great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
