"W.W. Nicholas, 71, of Felton, Dies"
Ada, Minn.--W.W. Nicholas, 71, of Felton, Minn., died at a hospital here Monday. He was a brother of Alfred Nicholas, 131 Second ave S, Moorhead. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p. m. at Felton Lutheran church. Rev. E. Livingston officiating.
Burial will be at Felton cemetery. Skaurud funeral home at Ada is in charge.
A resident of Felton for over 40 years, Mr. Nicholas was born Feb. 9, 1875, at Rolfe, Iowa. His wife, the former Marie Russel, died April 12, 1937. Four children survive him: Lyle at Jersey City, NJ; Vern, St. Cloud, Minn; Mrs. Henry Thorson (Vera) and Mrs. Orris Halverson (Aileen), both of Felton. Another brother, Ervin, lives in Sumner, Washington, and two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Upwood and Mrs. Eddie Roberts, live in Menahga, Minn, and Rolfe, Iowa, respectively. Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
