Auburn, Aug 7-Lawrence Delaney, 93, of Clinton, died at his residence at 10:05pm Wednesday. He had been in ill health for some time.
Surviving are four sons, Russell, Clinton; James, Los Angeles, Calif; Bernard, Niantic, and Hugh, Chicago; two daughters, Miss Jennie Delaney, Clinton, and Mrs Rose Leonard, Niantic, and brother, Jerry, Decatur.
The body was taken to the Pullen-Boos Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 9am Saturday at St John's Church. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Illiopolis.
