Mrs. Marshall Services Held – Rites Conducted at Local Funeral Home:
Funeral services for Mrs. Elma Marshall, 53, who died at a Chicago hospital Thursday, following an illness of about two years, were held at the Patterson funeral home Saturday afternoon, with the Rev. E.E. Taylor of Winnebago, MN in charge.

Mrs. Marshall had resided in Mason City for about seventeen years before moving to Mayfield, Il, about a year and a half ago. She was born May 17, 1889, at Paoli, IN and was married there to Elvet Marshall, December 6, 1905.

Surviving are her husband Elvet Marshall, Maywood; two daughters, Mrs. Lester Meyers, Charles City and Miss Elsie Marshall at home; two sisters, Mrs. Strother Wise, Mason City, and Mrs. Fred Dransfeldt, Lone Rock; two brothers, Everett Hill, Mason City, Alvis Hill, Algona and five grandchildren

She was a member of the Free Methodist Church.

Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery. The Patterson funeral home in charge.
