Maria is buried in same grave, with same headstone, as her twin sister Harriet. Their older sister Alice (3 Sep 1905 - 3 Apr 1912) is buried a few feet to the south. Their parents were William Price Fullmer, Jr. and Fannie Whiting, who eventually had 17 children. A biography of their older sister Mary Margaret Fullmer Barlow (13 Mar 1899 - 9 Jan 2000), by Margaret's grandson Bob Barlow, is found at http://www.geocities.com/richardwinmill/Margaret_Fullmer_Barlow.htm
The biography mentions the circumstances of the birth and death of the twins and of their sister Alice.

Their father left on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints shortly after the birth and death of the twins, and while he was on his mission, Alice contracted whooping cough. Alice's mother pleaded with Lord to allow her to live until her husband completed his mission. Alice partially recovered and was able to live until her father came home. (Her death, 2-1/2 years after the birth and death of the twins, corresponds with the typical length of missions at that time.) Her father was released from his mission a couple of months early to become the bishop of the Wallsburg Ward. The family left Wallsburg in 1916, so these are the only members of the family buried in Wallsburg.

GPS coordinates of the graves: 40.39061 deg N, 111.42064 deg W, datum WGS 84.
