Beatrice was born Oct. 12, 1896 in Mapleton, Utah, the first born of 17 children to William P. and Fannie Verona Whiting Fullmer. She served as a missionary in the Northwestern states for the LDS Church. On December 23, 1923 she married George C. Wood in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he preceded her in death May 4, 1972. She served many positions in the LDS Church, and was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She retired from Auerbach's art and needlework department. A lady of great personal sacrifice. Her family is eternally grateful for her love and sweet influence.

She is survived by three daughters and one son, Mrs. Verda Claire Bess, Boise, Idaho; Dan and his wife, Marjean Wood, Bountiful; Mrs. Luana and her husband, Don Pettit, San Jose, Calif.; Mrs. Verona and her husband, James Conners, Bountiful; 27 grandchildren, 61 9/10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; brothers and sisters, Norris Fullmer, Menan, Idaho; Mac Fullmer, Hunter; Madge Barlow, Pocatello, Idaho; Willa Loel, West Jordan; Glenna Pearson, Idaho Falls, Idaho; Carol Christenson, Rigby, Idaho.

Preceded in death by three sons, Marvin, George and James and one daughter, Nina. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 16, 1 p.m., in the Val Verda 8th Ward, 2285 South 200 West, Bountiful. Friends may call Wednesday evening, 6-8 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, and Thursday at the church from 11:45-12:45 p.m., prior to services. Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
