Arthur, son of George and Nancy Mills was born April 26, 1891 and died March 24, 1943 in Xenia. He married Inez Henson April 13, 1914.

He leaves his wife, three brothers, Ed of Mt. Vernon, Tyra of Keens and Norman of Hubbard, Oregon and two sisters, Hattie Cornstubble of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Ernest Burkett of Fairfield.
