Cloyd, son of George and Nancy Elizabeth Mills, was born November 15, 1865 in Wayne county and died in Mt. Vernon on June 17, 1931. He married Lura Taylor in 1913. They had two children: Donald and Dorothy still at home. He also leaves brothers and sisters, Curtis B. of Keenes, George of Lansing, Michigan, Norman of Silverton, Oregon, Tyra of Keenes, Hattie Constubble of Mt. Vernon, Arthur of Xenia and Nettie Burkett of Fairfield.
