Barbara June Rogers, 89, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed from this life on Saturday, December 24, 2022. She was born June 7, 1933, in McAlester, Oklahoma to Charlie and Allie Hubbard.
She was a member of the Golden City Assembly of God Church, Extension Homemaker's Club in Sugar Grove, and Golden City Quilting Club. She enjoyed quilting, needlework, hunting, spending time with family, and going to church where she was a Sunday school and Vacation Bible School teacher.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Noble Rogers; brothers, Doyle, C.L., Clyde, and Shorty Hubbard; sisters, Alta Edwards, Evelyn Wingfield, and Johnnie Rainwater; and parents before mentioned.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Golden City Assembly of God Church, with burial at Carolan Cemetery, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Roberts Funeral Home.
June is survived by her sons, Bobby Rogers (Nancy), Charlie Rogers (Marilyn) and Eric Rogers (Deedra), all of Booneville; daughter, Rhonda Fredrick of Booneville; 10 grandchildren, Ronnie, Jeremy, Stanley, Nicky, Tyler, Rhonda Jo, Mary, Virginia, Cary, and Judy; 15 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
