ANNIE BEATRICE BARRON HALE, 87, of Memphis, TN, passed away on February 15, 2008, in Bartlett, TN. She was born in Covington, TN, June 12, 1920 and graduated from Brighton High School in 1938. She was a member of Graham Heights Baptist Church for over 50 years. Annie was preceded in death by her husband, George C. Hale. She leaves three sons, George H. Hale and his wife, Linda; Philip E. Hale and his wife, Sheri; and Fred D. Hale and his wife, Beverly all of Bartlett, TN. She also leaves eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren. Ann was 6th of 13 children born to Harvey and Maude Barron and is also survived by two brothers, William and Robert Barron, four sisters, Alma Lindquist, Hazel Rahrer, Mary Blackmon, and Laura Blackmon. She also leaves a long time friend, E.C. (Vertis) Gullett. Visitation willbe 3-5 p.m., Sunday, February 17 and funeral services 1 p.m., Monday, February 18 all being held at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial and graveside services will be in Memphis Memory Gardens on Raleigh LaGrange Rd. The family requests that memorials be sent to Graham Heights Baptist Church, Memphis, TN.
