Mrs. Lula Brian Coombs died at her home, 371 East Twenty-first South street, Monday at 8 a.m. of a heart ailment.
Daughter of Daniel and Ellen Barnes Brian, she was a native of Loa. She moved to Lark in 1923, where she served as president of the L D S Primary association and was a member of the Relief society. Mrs. Coombs came to Salt Lake City two years ago. Her husband, Edward Alonzo Coombs, died in 1935.
Survivors include three sons, Evan Ross Coombs, Bingham; Don Coombs, Lark, and Dean Coombs, Salt Lake City; two daughters, Mrs. Elmo C. Brady, Kamas, and Miss Shirley Coombs, Salt Lake City; a brother, Daniel Brian, Loa; three sisters, Mrs. Ray E. Turner, Loa; Mrs. Louis Chaffin, Payson, and Mrs. E. G. Babbit, Worland, Wyo., and four grandchildren.
