Mrs. Patrick Hanrahan, (the former Anna Glennon), of Mahanoy City, was found dead at her home yesterday afternoon. Deputy Coroner, Dr. W.A. Van Saun attributed death as occurring sometime Saturday, due to natural causes. Mrs. Hanrahan lived alone.
Born in Park Place, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret (Houlihan) Glennon. She was educated in the Mahanoy City schools and was a member of St. Canicus Church and the Blessed Virgin Mother Sodality. Her husband, Patrick, died in 1941.
Survivors include a son, John, New York city; two grandchildren; two brothers: Thomas, Park Place; and Joseph, Mahanoy City; several nieces and nephews.
