Thomas F. Glennon, Park Place, died last evening at the Locust Mountain Hospital where he had been a patient since November. Born in Centralia, son of the late Patrick and Mary Glennon, he moved to Park Place as a youth and was employed at local mines.

He attended Mahanoy Township schools and was a member of St. Canicus Church, Mahanoy City, and the United Mine Workers. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Mayme Kriner.

Surviving are a son, John, of Park Place; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral is Tuesday at 10:30 am. From the Post Funeral Home, Mahanoy City, with Mass in St. Canicus Church at 11 a.m. and interment in the parish cemetery Viewing Monday evening from 6 to 9.
