Obituary: Graveside services for Wilfred B. 'Toggy' Cooling II, 61, former Rockford resident who died Sunday in Kewanee following a heart attack, were Thursday in Swan Lake Cemetery, Peoria. Survivors include a son, Wilfred B., Rockford; another son and daughter in Peoria; four sisters, Barbara Haley, Irving, Texas, Martha Smith and Clotilla Cooling, both of Dalls, Texas, and Agnes Maurigard, Kewanee; two brothers, Lawrence, Peoria, and Marshall, Los Angeles; and two grandsons. Arrangements were by Wilton Mortuary, Peoria.
