Funeral services for Mrs. Sue Pullen Tyler, 51, of Winona were held at the Moore Memorial Methodist Church on Friday. November 30, at 2 p.m. Rev. W. V. Kemp, assisted by Rev. Robert Ellis, officiated. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery.
Mrs. Tyler, widow of the late Dewitt E. Tyler, passed away Wednesday afternoon, November 28, at Tyler Holmes Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was a native of Montgomery County and a member of Moore Memorial Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Linda Clark of Anderson, South Carolina and Mrs. Brenda Keenan of Groton, Connecticut; three sons, Capt. John Dewitt Tyler II with the U. S. Army in Germany; Tommy Tyler and Mike Tyler, both of Winona; six sisters, Mrs. Louise Jolly of Macon; Mrs. Elaine Nichols of Memphis; Mrs. Corrine Rose of Duck Hill; Mrs. Connie Allen of Kilmichael; Mrs. Linda Hovis of Winona and Mrs. Estelle Mills of Los Angeles, California; three brothers, J. D. Pullen of Winona; Curtis Pullen of Winona and Wayne Pullen of Yuma, Arizona. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Alton Neal, C. E. Austin, Billy Flowers, Cecil Simpson, Donald Eskridge, and Ralph Jolly, Jr. Oliver Funeral Homo was in charge.
