Died Friday, Aug. 16, 1991, at Pointe Coupee Nursing Home. She was 93, a native of Chenal, and a resident of New Roads. Visiting at New Southside Funeral Home, 1 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday. Recitation of rosary at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lakeland, 8 p.m. Sunday. Religious services at the church, 10 a.m. Monday, conducted by Father Tom. Burial in Chenal cemetery. Survived by five daughters, Dorothy Bracken, Bushe, Clementine Paul, Erwinville, Stella Mae Brown, New Orleans, FeliceJackson, Jamaica, N.Y., and Joyce Jackson, Baton Rouge; five sons, Joseph Manchester, Glynn, Frank Manchester, Port Allen, Earl Manchester, Bushe, Wilson Manchester, Ventress, and Charles Manchester, Baton Rouge; a stepson, John Russell, Pontiac, Mich.;five daughters-in-law; two sons-in-law; 63 grandchildren; 136 great-grandchildren; and 39 great-great-grandchildren.
