Survived by his wife, Rowena Manchester; daughter, Patrenia Zeno; sons, Rev. Oliver Washington Sr., Ricky Manchester and Gregory Manchester; sisters, Dorothy Bracken and Joyce Jackson; brother, Charles Manchester; and 8 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, three brothers and a grandchild.
