Completed her earthly life in Orem, Utah after a long battle with cancer on September 1, 2007.

Survived by daughters Holly Young, Marin Barney, and Chaleen Forbis; sons-in-law Tim Young and Jeff Barney; and grandchildren Elizabeth, Tanner, Zachary, Jordan, Emma and Jacob Young, and McKinnley, Jackson, Tate, Lindsay, Olivia and Paige Barney; sisters Della Plewe, Donna Gunnell, and Dorothy Walton, and brothers David, Dale, Douglas, and Durell Dibb.

Predeceased by husband J. Al Forbis, parents Walter and Mary Dibb, and sister Delores Kelly.

Services held in Orem Utah Friday, September 14, 2007. Interment held on Saturday, September 15.
