Grew up in the Vernal area. Married Ben Mondragon in 1932. Marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Two children born in this marriage. Married Carl Olson in 1966. Interests include gardening, crocheting, pet poodles, float collecting and exploring the Oregon Coast. Oregon was the home she loved most of all.
Survived by husband Carl; children Berney Mondragon and Corena Smith; sisters Clara Jenkins and Lorena Abplanalp; and brother Bill Murray. Predeceased by first husband Ben in 1962.
Services held Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007 at the Thomson-Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
