Oroville Daily Register (Oroville, California) 15 Jul 1926, Thursday Page 6: Funeral Services For Henry Ank, Jr., Largely Attended. Funeral services for Henry Ank Jr., were held yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock from the family home at Mooretown.

Many friends of the deceased and of the Ank family, pioneers of that section, were present at the funeral. A profusion of beautiful floral pieces gave mute testimony of the love and esteem in which the deceased is held.

Interment was made in the Mooretown cemetery. Rev. W.S. Kelly officiated.

Songs were sung by Mrs. Elmer Hunt, Mrs. Elmer Grubbs, Miss Opal Thomas, Miss Lottie Phillips, Mrs. Lowery and Miss Margaret Ulalen.

The pallbearers were George Noels, Elmer Grubbs, Elmer Hunt, Albert Thomas, Vernon Fields, John Grubbs.
