Ken was the fifth son born to Kenneth and Mary. He attended schools in Cockburn Island and Gore Bay. In Kincardine Ken worked as a veneer-man for Andrew Malcolm Furniture; he veneered the bedroom suite that was used by the King & Queen on their visit to Montreal in 1939.
For many years Ollie and Ken owned and operated a grocery store on Queen Street at Mechanics Ave. They enjoyed visiting with friends and family. Ken was a marvellous dancer and a talented curler; he died at the young age of sixty-six. [sister Patsy]
