The 1758 date of birth is an approximate.

Research by J. Kelsey Jones in 1988:
Mary Price b. perhaps c. 1758/60 perhaps m. Abijah Hopkins son of Ephraim Hopkins and wife Martha. Mary Hopkins had children Robert and Abagail, perhaps named for her parents. Abijah is perhaps the Abijah who was a Captain in the Second Regiment during the American Revolution in Sussex County. In the Will of Peter Hopkins dated 26 Nov 1785 Newton, Sussex County, Abijah was executor and called brother. He is perhaps the Abijah who was intestate 31 Jan 1798 Sussex County. Administrator was Silas Hopkins, presumably his brother. Abijah is related to have had a wife, Mary and children, Caleb, Ephraim, Robert, Abijah, Abagail, Martha, Mary, and Susannah. Mary Hopkins owned lot 8 concession 1 in Beverly, and lot 145 in Thorold, Ontario, Canada, having removed there as the widow of a Loyalist with her husband's brother Silas and other members of the Hopkins and Swayze families. Will of Mary of Thorold, Lincoln County dated 6 Apr 1808 St. Catherine's, Canada "I give and bequeath to my eldest son Caleb Hopkins 4 pounds to be paid him when my youngest son Abijah shall attain the age of 21 years. I give to three daughters, Martha, Mary, and Susanna Hopkins, their heirs etc., 100 acres lying in township of Beverly lot 8 on Governor's Road; likewise all my moveable effects and household furniture to be divided equally among them. When Abijah is 21, to two sons Robert and Abijay their heirs - 100 acres being lot 140 and 5 where I reside. To my son Ephraim 25 pounds when Abijay arrives at man estate. I appoint my son Robert sole executor. Mary signed by mark. Witnessed by Obadiah Hopkins, John Crysler, Adam Crysler Jr.
