Born March 8, 1880, in Howard County, he was the son of Samuel and Jane (Watson) Miller.
On Aug. 20, 1902, he was married to Elnora Johnson, who preceded him in death in 1952.
A farmer in Wabash County all of his life, he was a member of the Kokomo Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Surviving with the son with whom he was living are the following children: Harold Miller, Michigan City, Carl Miller, and Earl Miller, both of Kokomo; 21 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter , two brothers, and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Ellers Funeral Chapel with the Rev John Newsom officiating. Burial will be in Crown Point Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday.
