Eunice was the daughter of Leonard Rush "L.R." Hamrick (1885-1952) and Permelia Angaline "Mealy" Dennis (1889-1965) born in Texas. She married Braxton Bragg Harper (1920-1975), son of Earnest Pearce Harper (1889-1967) Hattie Pearl Bragg (1896-1991). They had a son and daughter. On May 14, 1968, she married Foster Merle "Dutch" White (1923-1995) the son of Floyd Reed White (1896-1946) and Catherine M Richardson (1895-1979) born in Kansas.


Eunice H. White, 78, of Amarillo, died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2000.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road, with Glen Walton officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.

Mrs. White was a housewife and the owner/operator of the Hillcrest Beauty Shop in Pampa.

She married Foster White in 1968. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Jan Ironmonger of Artesia, N.M.; a son, Braxton Harper of Apache Junction, Ariz.; a brother, Don Hamrick of Superior, Ariz.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The family will be at 333 Ford. They suggest memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice and Life Enrichment Center.
