Curtis Jessie Helton, 60, Route 3, Rogersville, died Thursday, June 9, 1988, at Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center.
He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Lee Fields Helton, Rogersville; two sons, Mike Helton and Jerry Helton, both of Rogersville; six grandchildren; four sisters Nettie Liford, Woleska Sisk, Martha Smith, all of Rogersville, Ruth Davis, Church Hill; four brothers, Hugh Helton, Gale Helton, Bill Helton, all of Rogersville, C.D. Helton, Church Hill and several nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted Saturday, June 11, at Colboch-Price Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Leon Barrett and Ted Riner officiating.
Burial was in Shady Grove Cemetery.
