She was united in marriage to Paul Starken on September 25, 1945. She was a member of the Slovenian Ladies, the lions, Aurora Moose and St. John’s Catholic Church in Biwabik. Lucille enjoyed gardening, baking, canning, making her rhubarb sauce, jams and polish sausage.
Lucille is survived by her 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren daughter-in-law, Carla Starken; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; son, Darrel Starken; daughter and son-in-law, Paulette (Bob) Greskowiak; and granddaughter, Mary Theresa Greskowiak.
Inurnment will be held in the spring in Chisholm Cemetery.
