FUNERAL SLATED WEDNESDAY FOR MRS. DUCHESNE
Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Duchesne, 84, of Shady Oaks Nursing Home, Monroe, will be held at 11 am Wednesday in the chapel of Hixon Brothers Funeral Home with the Revs. W. D. Evans and Lea Joyner officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery. Mrs. Duchesne died at the nursing home Monday night following a lengthy illness.

Survivors include three sons:

Allen Duchesne of Bossier City, Louisiana
Ersie Duchesne of Monroe, Louisiana
Eight daughters:
Mrs. Homer Walters of Rayville, Louisiana
Mrs. Lester Shipp of Herbert, Louisiana
Mrs. Z. C. Rayburn, Jr. of Farmerville, Louisiana
Mrs. George Evanoff of Shreveport, Louisiana
Mrs. Charles Thompson of Chatanooga, Tennessee
Mrs. Charles Pratt of Monroe, Louisiana
Mrs. Vernice Breland of Mnroe, Louisiana
Mrs. Mackie Roberta Duchesne Fitch of Monroe, Louisiana
