Mrs. Emma Castor died Thursday at the Sunset Manor Rest Home in Brush, Colorado. She was born August 20, 1894 in Red Willow County, the daughter of the late John and Maria Bernhardt. She grew up in the Lebanon community and was married January 29, 1916 at Beaver City to Otis Castor. They lived in the Lebanon area until 1941 when they moved to Morgan County, Colorado. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors and Rebekah Lodges. A daughter, Barba Jean, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband, Otis; four sons, Harold of Oberlin, Kansas, Floyd of Tampa, Florida, Francis of Phillipsburg, Kansas, and Perry of Klamath Falls, Oregon; one daughter, Mrs. M. E. (Marie) Dearsmith of Concordia, Kansas; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Leo Cochran of St. Edwards.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Jolliffe Funeral Home, Fort Morgan, Colorado, with the Rev. Raymond Smith officiating. The boy will lie in state at the Herrman Funeral Home in McCook Saturday evening and Sunday morning Interment services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Lebanon Cemetery.
