"Mrs O E Gloor, aged 32 years, died at her home, No 2108 Walker avenue, at 6:30 o'clock last evening. The funeral services will be held from the residence at 4:30 o'clock this afternoon. From the residence the remains will be taken to the church of the Annunciation where Rev Father Hennessy will perform the last sad rites of the church. Interment in the old Catholic cemetry. The deceased was the daughter of Mr George Goebel, and in addition leaves a husband, three small children and two brothers, John and George Jr to mourn her death."
Sadly her sons followed her quickly to the grave. John Frederick died 18 May 1902 and Edward Ernest in Galveston 7 Nov 1907. John was buried somewhere in Houston and Edward in Lakeview Cemetery in Galveston.
