"George F Goebel who resided with his brother John H Goebel at 440 West Twenty-fourth street, Houston Heights, was found dead at 7 o'clock Monday morning. He was 37 years of age. He retired early Sunday evening and was found in bed Monday morning by his brother, whose efforts to arouse him were unsuccessful. It was found that his body was stiff and it is believed that death occurred shortly after he retired. He was unmarried and employed as a grocery clerk. Justice of the Peace W T McDonald held an inquest and announced that death was due to natural causes. The funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock, with interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Rev John J Gallagher officiating.
