CELIA O. PLETCHER Celia O. Pletcher, 74, of Howard died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2000, at Lock Haven Hospital. Born Feb. 22, 1926, in Curtin Township, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Edna McKissick Heverly. She married Walter Mila Pletcher, who died in November 1977. She attended Howard High School. For more than 25 years she worked for Woolrich Woolen Mills in Howard and Blanchard, retiring from the Blanchard plant in 1988
