Funeral services for Everett Henry Beller were conducted Wednesday afternoon from the Waggener & Campbell chapel with the Rev. Glenn Warner, pastor of the Central Christian Church of Kalispell, officiating. Following the services interment was made in the Conrad Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Beller died at his home near Columbia Falls Sunday at the age of 76.
Everett Henry Beller was born to William S. and Nellie Vanderbilt Beller on Feb. 5, 1886, at Ponca, Neb. He received his education and grew to manhood in Nebraska. His family came to the Flathead in 1909 and bought a farm in the Grand View community where he lived for many years.
In 1916 Mr. Beller married Ethel Dorris and they purchased a farm near Columbia Falls, where they have lived since that time. Throughout his life he was interested in community activities, serving 13 years on the Bad Rock School board, being an active member of the Rifle Club of Columbia Falls and an active member of the Grange and Farm Union. He was a member of the Central Christian Church of Kalispell, serving as deacon and elder.
Mr. Beller is survived by his wife, Ethel, near Columbia Falls; three sons, Alden Beller of Kalispell, Gene Beller of Columbia Falls and Russell Beller of Lewiston, Idaho; two daughters, Mrs. Eunice McKinley of Kalispell and Mrs. Carol Kent of Mt. Vernon, Wash.; two brothers, Claud Beller of Salmon, Idaho, and Dean Beller of Kalispell; four sisters, Mrs. Elsie Barnes of Warm Springs, Mont., Mrs. Nina Medill of Eugene, Ore., Mrs. Lola Stenerson of Sherwood, Ore., and Mrs. Lua Griffith of Spokane; and 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
