Anthony V. (Anton) Bellaver, 83, 3329 Roosevelt Rd., died Thursday morning at Sheridan Nursing Home following a long illness. Born in Italy on Sept. 29, 1892m he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Mathew Bellaver.
He came to America as a child and received his education in Pennsylvania. After residing in Hillsboro, Ill., he came to Kenosha in 1929. On Nov.20, 1915, he married Anna Hrebik. She preceded him in death on July 19, 1974. He had been employed by Anaconda American Brass Co. and was a member of s. James Church, the Eagles Club, and the Kenosha Alpine Club.
Surviving is two daughters, Mrs. Albert (Betty) Dowe and Mrs. Emil (Mary) Pietrangeli, both of Kenosha; six grandchildren. Also serving are two brothers, Harry, Tappon, N.Y. and John, Hillsboro, Ill.; and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Blanche) Dalla Santa, Kenosha, and Mrs. Lena Del Canton, Hillsboro,
He was preceded in death by one grandchild, two great-grandchildren, two brothers, William and Manse, and one sister, Mrs. Theresa Scopel.
