Ethel Noey Norman Shuffield, age 88, a resident if Mesquite, Texas, and former resident of Ben Lomond, Arkansas, died Friday, December 30, 2016 in Mesquite, Texas. She was born to Chess Murphy and Minera Fadelia Noe Noey on June 30, 1928. She was a member of the Ben Lomond Baptist Church and enjoyed deer hunting, cooking, and cherished the time spent with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Harold Noey, Morris Noey, Lewis Noey, Charlie Noey, Clovis Noey, and her twin Nellie Martin, and in 2015, her husband, Henry Clinton Shuffield.
She is survived by two sons, nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Ethel Shuffield will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 3, 2017 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Wofford's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Shuffield will be held Monday, January 2, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M
