LEXINGTON -- The body will be cremated and a memorial service held at a later date for Frances Louise Beattie, 75, formerly of Lexington, who died Friday (Nov. 12, 2004) at Salisbury Lutheran Home.
Born June 30, 1929, in Danville, Va., Mrs. Beattie was a daughter of the late Nelson and Ethel May Warner Shell. She formerly worked as a waitress in the Salisbury area.
Survivors include sons, one sister, and five grandchildren.
Summersett Funeral Home, Salisbury, is in charge.
