Mrs. Lela Pearl Blissett, 72, of Riverton, formerly of 2228E. Cedar St., died at 5:30 a.m. Monday, May 24, 1982, at her residence.
Mrs. Blissett was born in Chatham, the daughter of John Jacob and Emma Burge Ritz.
She married Glenn J. Blissett in 1926, and he preceded her in death on Sept. 20, 1981.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ross (Betty) Alexander of Zelienople, Pa., Mrs. Richard (Dolores) Peel of Riverton; five sons, Glenn G. and Donald Blissett, both of Springfield, Edward and Gerald Blissett, both of Riverton, and Robert Blissett of Springfield; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Chester Ritz of Springfield; several nieces and nephews.
Services were at Staab Funeral Home.
Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Park.
