Funeral services for John Wettstein, who died Saturday, March 14, at Mercy hospital, Oshkosh, were held in that city Tuesday at St. Mary's Church, with burial in Riverside Cemetery, The Rev. William A. Reul officiated.

Mr. Wettstein was born Feb. 16, 1867 in Chilton and had lived in Oshkosh the past 37 years. His wife preceded him in death 22 years ago.

Survivors are two sons, Peter, Oshkosh; and Simon, Milwaukee; one daughter, Mrs. Catherine Zimmerman, Fond du Lac; four grandchildren, and one great grandchild; four brothers, Herbert, Appleton; Simon, Stockbridge; Edward, Stanley; Albert, Hilbert; and four sisters, Mrs. Rose Propson, Chilton; Mrs. Louise Propson, Jericho; Mrs. Catherine Dohr, Milwaukee; and Mrs. John Seichter, Charlesburg.
