Mrs. Davis was a long time employee of the Shirt Factory. Until her health declined she was an avid gardener. Flowers were her passion; not only were they beautiful, but she knew all of them by name and where she got them, and there were hundreds. She and Bud always had the best vegetable gardens that they shared with great pride with friends and relatives. To say she had a "Green Thumb" would be an understatement. She also enjoyed playing Scrabble, crocheting, working crossword and find a word puzzles until her eye sight kept her from doing them.
