Margaret Hall Dunlay who grew up in Northfield, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, from cancer. Her death took place in North Highland, Calif., a vicinity in which she had lived for more than 30 years. She was born in January of 1922 in Northfield, the daughter of William and Adelaide Hall. She graduated from Northfield High School in 1939. She was employed in Northfield by the telephone company for a time, then found employment in Minneapolis. After residing in California, she returned here to marry Robert Dunlay. They made their home in California. After theyd had three children, their marriage ended in divorce many years ago. Dunlay is survived by two daughters, Michelle Solario (and Al) and Sandra Warre (and Rick); one son, K. Robert Dunlay (and Sarah); four grandsons, all of whom live in California; three brothers, Fran Hall of Boulder, Colo., Roger and John of Northfield; one sister, Arlene Boevers of Northfield. Preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, Ralph and Richard; two sisters, Marian Kleeberger and Helen Abbott. Following cremation, a memorial service was held for Dunlay in Calfornia.
