Troy C. Seely of Wilburton, Oklahoma died Sunday, September 13, 2015 in Quinton, Oklahoma at the age of 64.

Troy was born to Charles Richard Seely, Sr. and Melba Rae (Vosburg) Rushin December 1, 1950 in Wellington, Texas.

Troy married Susan Ann Jackson April 11, 1987 in Davidson, Oklahoma.

Troy worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the City of Wilburton and also took pride in serving his community as a Storm Spotter for the county and assisting with Disaster Relief in Wilburton, Oklahoma. He was an avid reader and especially liked fictional books by author, Terry Brooks. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and anything that had to do with the outdoors. Troy was especially fond of spending as much time as possible with his family and friends and was a member of The National Rifle Association.

Troy is survived by his wife, Susan Seely of the home; daughters, Barbara Taylor and Betty Seely of Stigler, Oklahoma; son, Derrick Seely of Oregon; step-sons, Dunham Ray Perry and Ronnie Perry of Wilburton, Oklahoma; sisters, Charlotte Ann Owens of Duncan, Oklahoma, Martha Fay Dickason of Waxahachie, Texas, and Jaqueline Wood of Ardmore, Oklahoma; brothers, Kenneth Wayne Dewbre of Norman, Oklahoma, Robert Weibelt of Moore, Oklahoma, Phillip Rushin of Wilburton, Oklahoma, Billy Jo Seely and Ronnie Dewbre of Oklahoma; one great-grandchild and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Troy was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Seely and Melba Rushin; brothers, Charles Seely, Jr. and Mike (Tony) Haithcock; step-sons, Robert Allen Perry and granddaughter, Alexandra Prince.

A Graveside service is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Jones-Harkins Funeral Home.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Ronnie Massey, Rick Stevens, Tom Clawson and Roy Dugan.
